Mountaineering Experiences:

He reached the altitude of 8300m when he took part in the China-Japan-Nepal Joint Climbing of Mt. Qomolangma in May 1988, after which he was rewarded “National Master of Sports”.

In 1997, he participated in the China-Pakistan Joint Climbing and reached the altitude of 8300m.

In 2000, he was invited to participate in the second Mt. Yuzhu Climbing Festival and reached the summit. Then he took part in the Chinese University Students Affiliation Team and reached the altitude of 8300m on Mt. Qomolangma.

In 2005, he reached the altitude of 8550m in the Chinese Women Mt. Qomolangma Measurement.

In July the same year, he was invited to be the coach at Tsinghua University. He went to Dangxiong and reached Central Peak of Mt. Nyainqentanglha.

During the 2008 Beijing Olympic Torch Relay Test Climbing from March to May 2007, he reached the altitude of 8844.43m again.
